Design and Application of Positioning and Cavity Monitoring System of Formwork Trolley

Abstract:

During construction of fullface tunnel lining with formwork trolley, initial positioning of formwork trolley and cavity monitoring behind lining are considered to be two difficulties. The formwork trolley usually adopts manual measurement method, i.e. combining use of hanging lead drop and total station, which is sophisticated and often relies on construction experience. To avoid the disadvantages of traditional method, such as low efficiency, being dangerous, and often resulting in crown top structure damage in slurry replenishing, a new control system combining both functions of laser positioning and cavity monitoring is designed and the related construction scheme is introduced respectively. The control system has high precision laser sensor to fix the formwork trolley and adopts electrode liquid level sensor to test holes. In addition, related information software equipped with the function of video monitoring, synchronous data, etc., makes to realize data transmission and manmachine interaction.
