Abstract:
The demolition of multilayer concrete support is always characterized by low efficiency and high cost. Three combination methods for truncation and demolition of concrete support, i. e. artificial, chain saws and hydraulic splitting, are studied, and a suit of highefficient matching operation method with multiple equipment and multiple technology is obtained. And then the combination method, equipment matching construction process and technical points are introduced, and the feasibility of this combination method for demolition of concrete support is analyzed by structural bearing capacity calculation. Finally, the combination method is applied to project to verify its construction and economic benefits. The results show that the combination method of artificial, chain saws and hydraulic splitting for demolition of concrete support is highefficient and economic, which can reduce construction schedule by 90% comparing to truncation method, wherein, the single support truncation cost (RMB9 600 yuan) by the combination method is much lower than that (RBM 141 000 yuan) by chain saw cutting method.
