Abstract:

On basis of absorbing the survey and control technologies of foreignmade shield machines and the results of "Study on Cutting and Survey & Control Systems of Shield Machines for Sandy Gravel Ground" of National 863 Research Program of China, the paper summarizes the design scheme of the development of the survey and control systems of shield machines, the technical principle for the optimization of the survey and control functions of foreignmade shield machines and the key technologies in the development of the survey and control systems. Furthermore, the paper presents the structures of the hardware and software of the survey and control systems and the interfaces adopted in the development.
