Construction and Cost of ⅠType Slab Ballastless Track in Extralong
Tunnels on ShijiazhuangTaiyuan Passengerdedicated Railway

Abstract:

In order to meet the rapid development of passengerdedicated railways and popularizeⅠtype slab ballastless tracks, the key technologies for construction of ballastless tracks in extralong tunnels, including logistics organization, construction survey, base concrete casting, slab laying and track laying, as well as construction cost, are analyzed in detail in this paper, on basis of the successful experience of construction of Ⅰtype slab ballastless track in Taihangshan extralong tunnel on ShijiazhuangTaiyuan passengerdedicated railway. The standardized construction technology of Ⅰtype slab ballastless tracks in extralong tunnels on passengerdedicated railways can provide reference for the popularization of ballastless tracks in long tunnels on passengerdedicated railways and for the construction of ballastless tracks in urban mass rapid transit works in the future.
