Abstract:

 Mazhou utilities tunnel crosses Lingdingyang sea. On basis of the features of the project, the risk sources are identified, analyzed and determined. Furthermore, the risk sources are treated as a fundamental part of the health and safety management of the project. The principle of "safety first and prevention primary" is observed and prevention countermeasures are taken for the significant risk sources so as to guarantee the construction safety.
