Abstract

Abstract:

Through the calculation using the elastic plastic finite element model (ANSYS program), the numerical simulation of displacements and the maximum principal stresses in the ground during the stepexcavation of a doublearch tunnel on the metro backturning line is performed. And the distribution laws of stress and deformation in the lining are also analyzed. The design and construction of the doublearch tunnel are discussed finally.
