Abstract:

The loosesoft sand layer and fill material in the LuZhou line CL804 work area are not even, so it is difficult to forecast in detail the soil conditions in advance. Because the void ratio of the soil is high, the soil can become dense when the shield machine goes ahead. The shield machine can not normally swerve and go forward due to the reaction's lack and soft layer. The remedy methods are adopted as follows: increasing the backfill, grouting, FD method, improving insitu measurement and so on. The load test is performed to judge the excursion and settlement after the completion of tunnel.
