Four types of wearingresistant wires are tested in terms of the welding technical characteristics, the hardness of the welding layers after brazing, the antiloosening capacity and the wearingresistant capacity. The testing results show that the hardness of KB600 wearingresistant welding wires after 950 ℃ brazing is higher than that of 55HRC wearingresistant wires and that KB600 wearingresistant welding wires, which have high antiloosening capacity and good wearingresistant capacity, are the most suitable wearingresistant submerged arc welding wires for cutting tools of shield machines.
