There is great difficult in the accurate positioning of superdeep intermediate support columns of cutandcover Metro stations. A kind of appropriative positioning frame is established. Construction technologies, including using short boom to adjust long boom, using laser light to guide the direction and early inserting method, are adopted. A new kind of positioning technology for crosstype shapedsteel column is established, and the cost and the risk are reduced. The manufactory fabrication of heavy shapedsteel column is realized and doubletremie concrete casting technology is used. Rapid and safe construction is reached and the quality and economic benefits are guaranteed.
