摘要：

为了解决人们对工程机械再制造产品的认识，促进工程机械再制造行业以及再制造技术的良性发展，对机械设备再制造技术以及国内外机械设备再制造产业发展现状尤其是隧道掘进机再制造技术发展情况进行分析研究，探讨再制造产业与循环经济的关系及其相对于维修和翻新技术的优点、发展再制造产业的意义及隧道掘进机再制造的重难点；分析与总结我国隧道掘进机再制造产业的发展现状、前景、隧道掘进机再制造的重点、需要把握好的技术关键，以及促进隧道掘进机再制造良性发展的具体措施，对再制造技术在我国隧道掘进机领域内的推广应用具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:

The technologies for the remanufacturing of machinery and equipment and the stateofart of the remanufacturing of machinery and equipment in China and abroad, especially the stateofart of the remanufacturing of TBMs in China and abroad, are analyzed. The relationship between the remanufacturing industry and the recycling economy, the advantages of the remanufacturing industry, the significance to develop remanufacturing industry and the key points of the remanufacturing of TBMs are discussed. The stateofart, prospect, key points and key technologies of TBM remanufacturing industry in China are analyzed. Countermeasures for better development of TBM remanufacturing industry are proposed. The paper can provide reference for the popularization of TBM remanufacturing in China.
