突变载荷下盾构刀盘设计验证分析

Verification Analysis on Design of Shield Cutterhead under Abruptchanging Loading Conditions

摘要:

在复杂地层条件下,由于掘进载荷不稳定,盾构刀盘受力不均、震动变形及刀具非正常损坏等是盾构施工中较为突出的问题。以工程现场刀盘与地层相关参数为基础,采用有限元方法,在不稳定载荷条件下对盾构刀盘受力特性进行分析,得出盾构在该地层不稳定载荷条件下掘进过程中刀盘应力、应变状态,可确保刀盘设计的可靠性。

Abstract:

Due to the unstable loading conditions in complex geological environment, shield boring may face such problems as uneven pressure on the cutterhead, vibration and deformation of cutterhead and abnormal damage of cutting tools. In the paper, the stress and strain conditions of the cutterhead under unstable loading conditions are analyzed by means of finite element method and on basis of the actual parameters of the cutterhead and strata in the site. In the end, the stressstrain conditions of the cutterhead of the shield under the unstable loading conditions in the mentioned strata are obtained and the reliability of the cutterhead design is ensured. 
