Some Issues on Collaborative Construction of Underground Rail Transit and Utility Tunnel

摘要:

为推动轨道交通和综合管廊的协同发展,系统解决马路拉链、交通拥堵等城市发展问题,合理利用有限的城市土地资源,从必要性和可行性方面对轨道交通和综合管廊协同建设进行研究探讨,并给出具体的实施方案。结果表明: 1)轨道交通和综合管廊协同建设可实现城市空间的合理布局和优化配置,节约用地和成本,提高决策效率; 2)轨道交通和综合管廊的规划区域、技术要求和建设工法等较为一致,协同建设的可行性较高; 3)有关各方需建立完善的沟通管理机制,统筹协调多种要素,充分发挥规划引领作用和总承包单位的综合协调作用; 4)应根据综合管廊与轨道交通区间隧道、车站及附属建筑的埋深、场地条件、实施难度、建设成本和时间要求等,合理确定两者的相对位置和建设方案。

Abstract:

In order to promote the collaborative development of rail transit and utility tunnel, systematically solve the urban development problems such as road zippers and traffic jam in cities, and rationally use the limited land resources, the collaborative construction of rail transit and utility tunnel is studied and discussed from the aspects of necessity and feasibility, and a concrete implementation program is given. The study results show that: (1) The collaborative construction of rail transit and utility tunnel can realize the rational layout and optimal allocation of urban space, save the land and costs, and improve the decision efficiency. (2) The planning area, technical requirements and construction methods of rail transit and utility tunnel are relatively consistent, and the feasibility of the collaborative construction is high. (3) Various departments involved need to set up a good communication management mechanism, coordinate multiple elements, and give full play to the leading role of project planning and overall coordination role of the general contracting units. (4) The relative position and construction plans of rail transit and utility tunnel should be determined rationally based on the depth of the utility tunnel, the rail transit tunnel, station and ancillary buildings, as well as the site conditions, implementation difficulty, construction costs and time requirements, etc.
