TBM施工超硬岩分类指标和确定方法研究

摘要: 超硬岩分类指标和确定方法是TBM施工围岩分类需要关注的重要问题。完整岩体中隧洞施工,岩石坚硬程度和摩擦性是影响TBM掘进状态的主因。基于国内外TBM掘进预测模型和典型工程实测数据,重点分析岩石单轴抗压强度与TBM净掘进速度、现场贯入度指数的关系和敏感性,分析岩石摩擦性和TBM刀具磨损程度,讨论适用于划分超硬岩类别的阈值。综合分析岩石坚硬程度和摩擦性对TBM施工的影响,提出2类超硬岩划分标准: 一类是单独由岩石坚硬程度决定的超硬岩(H1),建议按单轴抗压强度UCS>200 MPa确定; 另一类是由岩石坚硬程度和摩擦性共同决定的超硬岩(H2),建议按单轴抗压强度UCS>150 MPa且摩擦性指数CAI>4.0确定。

Abstract: It is an important issue to determine extrahard rock classification index in surrounding rock classification of TBM tunnel. The rock hardness and friction characteristic are the main factors affecting the TBM state in the tunnel construction through intact rock mass. Based on the TBM prediction models and the measured data of typical engineering cases, the relationship and sensitivity between the uniaxial compressive strength of rock and the penetration rate and field penetration index are analyzed emphatically. The friction characteristic of rock and the attrition of TBM cutters are analyzed. The thresholds suitable for classifying extrahard rock are discussed. The impact of rock hardness and friction characteristic on the TBM construction is analyzed synthetically, and two types of extrahard rocks are proposed as follows. (1) Extrahard rockd etermined by hardness (H1) , whose UCS is higher than 200 MPa. 〖JP2〗(2) Extrahard rock determined by hardness and friction characteristic (H2), whose UCS is higher than 150 MPa and CAI is higher than 4.0.
