摘要: 为解决地处高原、严寒地区及高地应力地段的铁路隧道仰拱病害对隧道施工进度和后期运营安全的影响,以兰渝铁路木寨岭隧道仰拱病害为例,通过对病害类型及造成病害发生原因进行详细分析,得出仰拱病害主要分为表面裂缝、开裂隆起、渗水3种类型,影响因素主要为人为原因、外部环境原因2种。通过对病害形成原因分析及不同病害类型针对性的处理,结果表明: 1)在施工阶段通过严控施工工艺、加强设备保障、提高对高寒地区高地应力的认识,可以提前预防病害; 2)在整治阶段,根据病害类型及发展程度,采取环氧砂浆嵌补处理、仰拱桁架加固、基底钢管桩加固、渗水段打设泄压孔注浆加固、水沟优化为双层盖板及洞口段加设自动温控电伴热带装置等一种或几种措施相结合的方式,能杜绝或减少仰拱病害的出现,并解决已经发生的病害。

Abstract: To solve the influence of inverted arch disease of railway tunnel in plateau and cold region with high insitu stress on the tunnel construction progress and following operation safety, the types and causes of the diseases in Muzhailing tunnel on LanzhouChongqing railway are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that the inverted arch diseases can be divided into three types such as surface cracks, cracking and uplift, and water seepage, and the influencing factors are mainly human and external environmental factors. The analytical results and treatment technologies adopted show following. (1) In the construction stage, the diseases can be foreseen and prevented in advance by strictly controlling the construction technology, strengthening the equipment support and improving the understanding of high ground stress in plateau and cold area. (2) In the disease regulation stage, according to the types and development degrees of disease, measures such as epoxy mortar filling treatment, invert truss reinforcement, base steel tube pile reinforcement, pressure relief holes drilling in the seepage section for grouting reinforcement, ditch optimization to doublecover, and automatic temperature control electric tracing device installation at the entrance, etc.KG-*3, can be adopted to reduce the disease phenomenon or even avoid it.
