京沈高铁望京隧道软弱富水地层超深竖井多台大直径泥水盾构快速接收技术

Fast Receiving Technology for Multiple LargeDiameter Slurry Shields in UltraDeep Shaft in WaterRich and Weak Strata: A Case Study on Wangjing Tunnel of BeijingShenyang Railway

摘要: 为了解决4台大直径泥水盾构在以黏土、粉土和粉细砂层等软弱细颗粒为主的富水地层且要在同一个超深竖井中实现“低风险”快速接收的难题,以京沈高铁望京隧道工程为依托,采用U形素地下连续墙+超深三轴搅拌桩+RJP超高压旋喷加固地层,并辅以降水井等多种地层加固措施,提高接收井端头加固区的整体稳定性和止水效果,为盾构快速接收创造条件。采用陀螺仪定向+投点孔进行贯通测量,确保盾构接收精度,为接收基座的快速精确定位安装提供依据。采用水钻+绳锯切割方式破除洞门混凝土,极大地提高了洞门破除速度。洞门钢环安装双道钢丝刷作为接收洞门密封,防止盾构出洞时发生涌水涌砂现象,确保盾构接收安全,减少最后1环管片的安装和拆除,快速封堵洞门,进一步加快盾构接收速度。通过采取以上关键技术,并对4台盾构的接收和拆机顺序进行科学的组织协调,保证了望京隧道4台大直径盾构安全快速的接收。

Abstract: Four largediameter slurry shields should be received in an ultradeep shaft in waterrich and weak strata (clay, silt, and siltyfine sand). Consequently, Ushaped plain diaphragm wall + ultradeep triaxial mixing pile + Rodin jet pile ultrahigh pressure jet grouting is used to consolidate the ground, and the dewatering well is adopted to improve the overall stability and waterstop effect of end soil of the receiving shaft and realize fast shield receiving. Further, the gyroscope orientation and cast point hole for penetration measurement are adopted to ensure the accuracy of shield receiving and provide a basis for fast and precise positioning and installation of the receiving base. Hydraulic drilling and wiresaw cutting are used to break the concrete door of Wangjing tunnel, which significantly improves the door breaking efficiency. The steel ring of the tunnel is installed with double wire brushes as the sealing of the receiving tunnel, which prevents sand and water from gushing effectively when the door is broken, ensures the safety of shield receiving, reduces the installation and removal of the last ring segment, and further rapids the shield receiving. By adopting the abovementioned key techniques and scientifically organizing and coordinating the receiving and dismantling sequence of the four shields, the fast receiving of the four largediameter shields used in Wangjing tunnel of BeijingShenyang railway is realized.
