Experimental Study on Main Drive Seal Lubrication System of Tunneling Machine

摘要: 为从不同工况、动态、静态等状态下分析主驱动密封润滑系统对主驱动轴承的保护效果,提出一些可以供掘进机主驱动设计、使用参考的建议。首先,制作透明的主驱动密封油脂扩散装置,通过油脂计量阀进行油脂注入,分别设置不同的迷宫长度、迷宫间隙和润滑量,进行油脂扩散弧长的计量,从而验证油脂的扩散与主驱动迷宫设计对主驱动保护的异同。然后,以某主驱动润滑系统模拟试验台为基础,采用不同的密封润滑剂形式、润滑剂量和刀盘转速相结合,从不同角度对主驱动密封的温度上升原因进行分析,并提出合适的密封工作温度建议。最后,针对部分TBM机型密封失效原因进行分析,并提出可以根据不同机型进行主驱动密封润滑系统设计的思路,以保证主驱动密封系统的良好性能。

Abstract: To analyze the protection effect of the main drive seal lubrication system on the main drive bearing in terms of different working conditions, dynamic and static states, some suggestions for the design and use of the main drive of TBM are put forward. First, a transparent main drive seal grease diffusion device is developed, and the grease is injected through a grease metering valve. Different labyrinth lengths, labyrinth gaps, and lubrication quantities are set respectively, and the grease spreading arc length is measured to verify that the different grease diffusion and the main drive labyrinth designs have different protection effects on the main drive. Then, based on a simulation test platform of a main drive lubrication system, the different seal lubricant forms and lubricant quantities are combined with different cutterhead rotation speeds, the reasons for the temperature rise of the main drive seal are analyzed, and a suitable seal working temperature is recommended. Finally, the reasons for the seal failure of some TBM models are analyzed, and it is proposed that the lubrication system should be designed according to different TBM models to ensure good performance of the main drive seal system.
