巷道式通风在香炉坪隧道施工中的技术改良与应用

Technical Improvement and Application of Gallery Ventilation in Xiangluping Tunnel Construction

摘要: 为解决平导与正洞并行的长大隧道施工后期由于施组模式变化带来的通风困难问题,通过研究特殊施组模式下带平导隧道施工通风存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案。以香炉坪隧道进口段施工后期多工作面同时施工,因正洞及平导均存在污染源,无法达到常规巷道式施工通风效果为背景,通过对原有通风技术方案进行研究,经过详细的通风计算,利用加大引射风量稀释新风巷道内车辆尾气的方式,将常规的巷道式通风进行技术改良,并成功应用于香炉坪隧道进口段施工后期,使香炉坪隧道施工后期通风效果良好,能满足现场施工需求。

Abstract:  To solve the ventilation difficulty caused by the change of construction organization mode in the late construction period of long tunnel with parallel adit and main tunnel, the problems exist in construction ventilation of tunnel with parallel adit under special construction modes are studied and the corresponding solutions are put forward. In the late construction stage of Xiangluping tunnel entrance section, many working faces are constructed simultaneously, and the ventilation effect of conventional tunnel construction cannot be achieved due to the existence of pollution sources in the main tunnel and the parallel adit. The original ventilation technology solutions are studied, a detailed ventilation calculation is conducted, and the method that increasing the jet air volume to dilute the exhaust gas is adopted to improve the traditional gallery ventilation technology. The method has been successfully applied in late construction stage of entrance section of Xiangluping tunnel, and good ventilation effect has been achieved.
