摘要:

为解决深中通道钢壳混凝土沉管管节预制过程中混凝土性能控制难度大及管节浇筑参数控制严格等难题,节约人工成本和提高施工效率,针对深中通道沉管管节特定的结构型式,结合预制场选址条件,因地制宜地提出钢壳沉管自密实混凝土智能化浇筑工艺。该工艺在研制智能浇筑台车和折臂布料机的基础上联合“BIM+物联网+智能传感”的信息化和自动化技术,实施效果表明,钢壳沉管自密实混凝土智能化浇筑工艺减少了浇筑过程中人为因素引起的质量风险及机械伤害,有利于提高管节预制质量及降低施工安全风险。

Abstract: Controlling the concrete performance in steel-shell concrete tubes of immersed segments and tube casting parameters in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan link is challenging. To reduce the labor cost and improve the construction efficiency, a selfcompacting concrete casting technology is developed for the steel-shells of immersed tunnel tubes according to the constructions environmental conditions. An intelligent casting vehicle and folding arm distributor is developed, and the information and automation technology of building information modeling + the Internet of Things + intelligent sensing is further developed, which can effectively reduce the quality risk and mechanical injury caused by human error during the casting process of self-compacting concrete, improving the tube-prefabricating quality.
