基于单平面UCT技术的综合管廊施工缝缺陷检测研究

Uniplanar Ultrasonic Computed Tomography Method for Defect Detection in Concrete Construction Joints in Utility Tunnels

摘要: 为探讨以单一平面为测区的超声波计算机层析成像(UCTultrasonic computed tomography)技术在综合管廊施工缝缺陷检测中的应用效果,通过含预设施工缝缺陷混凝土试件的质量检测试验、综合管廊缩尺模型闭水试验等方法进行研究。结果表明: 1)单平面UCT检测技术在施工缝缺陷检测及密实度评价上表现出较高的精度,可直观获取缺陷分布形态; 2)当施工缝长度范围内的超声波脉冲速度(UPV, ultrasonic pulse velocity)突变值达1 000 m/s以上时,认为接缝面内存在孔洞缺陷区; 3)提出基于UPV色带的黏结质量评价标准,当UPV标准差大于250 m/s且色带断续区明显时,认为施工缝黏结质量较差; 4)非水反应类高聚物注浆在综合管廊施工缝缺陷修复问题上具有便捷、堵漏效果好等特征,应用单平面UCT技术实时评价其修复效果是可行的。

Abstract: A quality inspection test on concrete specimens containing construction joint defects and a sealing test of a scaled utility tunnel are conducted to investigate the application effect of ultrasonic computed tomography (UCT) technology for the defects detection in utility tunnel construction joints. The results show the following. (1) The uniplanar UCT inspection technique exhibits a high accuracy in construction joint defect detection and compactness evaluation. (2) It is assumed that there is a hole defect area within the joint surface when the mutation value of the ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) within the length of construction joints exceeds 1 000 m/s. (3) The quality evaluation criterion of bonding based on UPV color is proposed. Further, construction joints are considered to have poor bonding quality when the UPV standard deviation is >250 m/s and the intermittent areas of color banding are obvious. (4) Nonwaterreacting polymer grouting has a good sealing effect on the repairing of construction joints in utility tunnels, and the uniplanar UCT technique can be used to evaluate repairing effect of the polymer grouting in realtime.
