摘要:

为改善地下综合管廊传统的通风方式,提高管廊内空气质量,降低综合管廊运营成本,分析地下综合管廊传统通风方式的不足,并对综合管廊通风进行创新设计。以某地下综合管廊试验段项目为依托,在每个节点井增设1个无动力通风机,解决了自然通风能力不足、管廊内空气质量差、机械通风能耗大、运营成本高的问题; 在每个通风区间设1个机械通风机,结合火灾自动报警系统联动控制,解决了管廊内温度过高或发生火灾后有毒烟气无法快速排出的问题。经实测检验,正常和异常情况下管廊通风均能满足相关规范要求,且工程投资小、运维成本低、管廊内空气质量优。

Abstract: To improve the traditional ventilation method for the underground utility tunnel and air quality, and reduce the operating cost of the utility tunnel, the shortcomings of the traditional ventilation methods of the underground utility tunnel are analyzed and innovative design for the ventilation of the utility tunnel is carried out. An unpowered exhaust fan is added to each node well of a test section of an underground utility tunnel to address the problems such as insufficient natural ventilation capacity, poor air quality in the utility tunnel, high energy consumption of mechanical ventilation, and high operating cost. A mechanical exhaust fan is set in each ventilation section to address the problems of excessively high temperature in the utility tunnel and toxic smoke discharge in case of fire under the help of the automatic fire alarm system. The application results show that the ventilation in normal and abnormal conditions can both meet the requirements of the relevant specifications, and the project investment and the operation cost can be reduced, the air quality can be improved.
