集约型地下综合空间一体化设计实践——以西安西咸新区能源金贸区地下综合空间为例

Integrated Design of Intensive Underground Comprehensive Space: a Case Study on Energy Finance and Trade Zone Underground Comprehensive Space in Xixian Area of Xian, China

摘要: 为解决城市地下空间粗放开发、用地效率低下的问题,打造集约型地下综合空间是有效途径,并且有利于推动基础设施高质量发展。以西安西咸新区能源金贸区地下综合空间为例,详细阐述地下综合空间一体化设计实践内容和关键技术。能源金贸区重点打造兼具市政、交通、文化、商业、休闲功能的集约型地下三维空间,包括: 1)沿城市路网布设干线-支线-缆线的多级综合管廊;2)连接市政道路与地块的环形地下联系隧道; 3)采用TOD模式围绕能源金融中心地铁站打造相互连通的双层四区绿廊地下空间。项目将整个地下空间打通,共构形成一个整体,在特殊拐点处管廊与环隧采用分离式结构形式。在缺乏针对性设计和建设标准现状下提出通风方式和疏散方案,并利用智慧统一管理平台对设备联控。

Abstract: Current urban underground spaces face many problems such as extensive development and low landuse efficiency. An intensive underground comprehensive space is built to address these problems and promote highquality development of infrastructure. Accordingly, the integrated design practice and key techniques for underground comprehensive spaces for the energy finance and trade zone in the new Xixian area within Xian, China, are explained in detail. A threedimensional space integrating municipal, traffic, culture, commercial, and leisure functions is developed. The space includes: (1) a multilevel integrated utility tunnel with trunkbranchcable along the urban road network; (2) an urban ring tunnel connecting municipal roads and plots; and (3) a doublelayer fourzone green corridor around the metro station in the energy finance center using a transitoriented development mode. Furthermore, the project connects every part of the underground space to form a whole, and the utility tunnel and urban ring tunnel are constructed separately at special inflection points. Finally, the ventilation methods and evacuation plans are proposed without any targeted design and construction standard guidance. The intelligent unified management platform is used for joint control.
