摘要: 为阐明大直径盾构智能化建造方向,解决建造过程中出现的技术难题,以大直径盾构关键技术特点及智能建造发展为出发点,结合我国近年来大直径盾构智能化建造的发展历程及现状,立足大直径盾构存在的典型关键技术问题,从主驱动轴承损坏因素、刀具磨损状况、刀盘结泥饼原因、管片上浮问题等方面,探析大直径盾构建造过程的关键技术难点。基于智能建造技术的发展特征,从隧道装备机器人研发、感知系统研制、智能化掘进系统开发、智能化运维技术开发等多个角度,分析大直径盾构智能化建造的发展方向与趋势,阐述隧道智能建造关键技术的建设方案,为智能建造技术在大直径盾构隧道工程中的深度应用,推动隧道建设“智能化、精细化、协同化、高效化”发展提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to clarify the direction of intelligent construction by large-diameter shield and solve the scientific and technological problems encountered during the construction process, the key technical problems during large-diameter shield tunneling are discussed in this study. The key technical characteristics of large-diameter shield, the development of intelligent construction, the development history and current situation of intelligent construction of large-diameter shield machines in China in recent years, and the typical key technical problems existing in large-diameter shield(including main drive bearing damage factors, cutter wear conditions, causes of mud cake formation on the cutterhead) and presented. Based on the development characteristics of intelligent construction technology, the development direction and trend of intelligent construction by large-diameter shield are analyzed from multiple perspectives, such as research and development of tunnel equipment robots, development of sensing system, intelligent tunneling system, and intelligent operation and maintenance technology. The scheme for establishing key technologies for intelligent tunnel construction is elaborated, which provides a reference for in-depth application of intelligent construction technology in large-diameter shield tunneling, and promotes the development of "intelligent, refined, collaborative, and efficient" tunnel construction.
