摘要:

通过施工方法比选,确定能在膏溶角砾岩地层实现安全、快速施工的台阶法方案,并通过优化实施施工工艺、确定台阶长度、分析确定最佳开挖进尺、各施工工序间的合理距离,实行同步作业、分区钻孔、分区装药等手段,实现大断面隧道的快速施工。对软岩条件下的大断面隧道的快速施工具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:

"Top heading + bench" method, which is capable of ensuring safe and rapid tunnel construction in gypsum breccia ground, is adopted for Taihangshan tunnel after analysis on different construction methods. Rapid tunnel construction is achieved by taking various measures, such as optimizing the implementation of the construction process, analyzing and determining proper bench length, optimum excavation advance rate and reasonable distance between different construction processes and implementing parallel working, partitioned borehole drilling and partitioned charging. The paper can be served as reference for the rapid construction of large crosssection tunnels in soft ground in the future.
