摘要:

本文叙述了菲律宾无米乐—安佳越域引水隧道之工程内容、地质条件,并说明设计阶段推估之TBM掘进速率及TBM性能,就施工阶段之实际掘进速率回馈分析与研判并与推估值比较,探讨掘进速率、机械性能与地质条件之互制关系,验证现今国际上通用掘进速率推估方法之信赖度。本工程得以顺利在原预估之时程内如期如质完工,归功于事前地质条件之掌握,合理之契约工期订定,与承包厂商精湛之技术与应变能力,也同时为台湾在国际间提供TBM技术顾问服务竖立里程碑,及建立拓展海外技术输出之业绩与信誉,特藉本文提供两岸同业共享。

Abstract:

The contents and geological conditions of the UmirayAngat transbasin tunnel in Philippines are described in this paper. The actual advance rate during construction is analyzed and compared with that predicted in the design stage. Then the relationship among the penetration rate, the machine performance and the geological condition are analyzed and discussed, including an evaluation on the reliability of the internationally wellknown empirical formula. The successful completion of the project on time with acceptable quality is due to the sophisticated investigation in geology during design stage, a rational contract schedule, the excellent construction skill and the quick response to the changing conditions. It sets up a milestone for providing overseas technical services in TBM for Taiwan’s consultants and gains experience and proves achievements in international tunnel projects.
