盾构刀盘的有限元参数化建模及其分析

摘要:

为快速进行盾构刀盘有限元分析,建立典型刀盘有限元模型建模系统,利用该系统实现了盾构刀盘自动建模和有限元分析,并进行了掘进过程的有限元仿真,得到了刀盘与掘进界面耦合作用下的动态强度、刚度,为刀盘的优化设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Modeling system of finite element model of typical cutter head is established in order to make rapid finite element analysis on the cutter head of shield machine. By means of this modeling system, automatic modeling and finite element analysis of the cutter head of shield machine are achieved, finite element simulation of tunnel boring is implemented, and the dynamic strength and rigidity under the action of coupling between the cutter head and the boring face are obtained. The paper can provide reference for the optimization design of cutter heads.
