摘要:

: 为研究顶管施工对既有污水管道的影响,以郑州市轨道交通4 号线商都路站1 号大尺寸矩形顶管工程为背景,基于剑桥模型,建立矩形顶管工程施工的有限元分析模型,研究顶管顶进过程中顶管施工影响范围内典型纵断面和横断面的地表沉降变化规律。计算结果表明: 1)对于浅埋顶管,顶管施工对地表的变形影响整体表现为沉降; 2)顶管机侧摩阻力、顶推力共同作用会造成地表短时间隆起,隆起范围为开挖断面后15~30 m; 3)污水管道主要影响隧道侧边上部范围土体水平应力的分布,对隧道深度范围内侧边土体水平应力的影响可以忽略不计,但是大大减小了污水管与管节之间土体竖向应力,减小幅度达到100 kPa。

Abstract:

In order to study the influence of jacking pipe on the existing sewage pipe, taking the No. 1 large rectangular jacking pipe at Shangdu Road Station of Line 4 of Zhengzhou Rail Transit. The finite element analysis model of the rectangular jacking pipe is established based on the Cambridge model; and the surface subsidence variation law of typical longitudinal section and cross-section in the influence range of jacking pipe construction is studied in the process of pipe jacking. The calculation results show that: (1) The overall effect of jacking pipe on surface deformation is settlement. (2) The combined action of lateral friction resistance of jacking pipe machine and jacking force of excavation section will cause surface uplift in a short time, and the uplift range is within 15-30 m behind excavation section. (3) The sewage pipeline mainly affects the distribution of the horizontal stress of the soil mass in the upper range of the tunnel side, and its influence on the horizontal stress of the soil mass in the tunnel depth range can be ignored, but it greatly reduces the vertical stress of the soil mass between the sewage pipe and the pipe joint, with a reduction range of 100 kPa.
