某城市交通隧道地表塌陷原因分析及处理技术

Causes for and Treatment of Ground Surface Collapse in Construction of an Urban Traffic Tunnel

摘要:

以某城市交通隧道地表坍塌为例,分析地表坍塌的原因,阐述管线对地表注浆加固的影响。为保证隧道安全顺利地通过坍塌段,施工中采取了以下措施: 1)采取三管旋喷桩止水帷幕、帷幕内三管旋喷和洞内水平旋喷的加固堵水方案,加固了坍塌段地层; 2) 针对砂卵石遇水易坍塌的情况,采取地表降水井和洞内水平降水孔联合降水方案,保证了隧道开挖处于无水状态; 3)为控制隧道变形,采取4部CRD开挖工法,实现了隧道安全施工的目的。

Abstract:

The causes for the ground surface collapse in the construction of an urban traffic tunnel are analyzed and the influence of the utility pipelines on the ground surface grouting is expounded. The following measures are taken to ensure the safe and successful tunneling through the collapse area: 1) Grouting and water sealing technologies, including waterstopping curtain with triplefluid jet grouting columns, triplefluid jet grouting within the curtain and horizontal jet grouting from inside the tunnel, are adopted. 2) Due to the fact that the sandy cobble ground is subject to collapse in case of water, dewatering by means of ground surface dewatering wells and horizontal dewatering boreholes inside the tunnel are made so as to ensure that the tunnel excavation can be executed in dry condition. 3) 4step CRD method is adopted so as to control the tunnel deformation. In the end, safe tunneling is ensured.
