莞惠城际铁路隧道安全风险管理研究

摘要:

针对莞惠城际铁路隧道多处跨(穿)既有铁路及公路、多处浅埋及软弱围岩、爆破作业频繁、沿线房屋建筑密集等特点,通过对莞惠城际铁路隧道风险管理的实践进行分析和总结,系统研究设计阶段、施工阶段采用合理的风险评估方法、对象和控制技术,有效防控了城际铁路隧道安全风险,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:

The tunnels on DongguanHuizhou intercity railway cross above/underneath existing railways and highways at many positions. These tunnels have shallow covers and weak rock mass in many portions. Furthermore, frequent blasting operations are needed in the tunneling and there are lots of buildings along the railway alignment. In the paper, the risk assessment methods, risk assessment objects and risk control technologies used in the design and construction stages of the tunnels on DongguanHuizhou intercity railway are studied by means of analyzing and summarizing the practice of risk management of these tunnels. In the end, the safety risks of these tunnels have been brought under effective control. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
