盾构法道路隧道运营通风设计关键技术

摘要:

为了规范与提高盾构法道路隧道通风运营关键技术,基于既有盾构法道路隧道的设计实践,采用调查、归纳、总结及技术验证的方法,提出盾构法道路隧道运营通风设计的主要依据和适用标准,总结出常用运营通风方式的优缺点及适用范围,并结合典型工程的通风设计阐述了正常运营通风和火灾通风设计的主要原则与关键流程,以及逃生通道和设备廊道的通风设计要点。得出通风设计应结合监控、消防等系统协调设计来保证盾构法道路隧道的整体功能,同时,指明了盾构法道路隧道运营通风实施过程中进一步降低通风机能耗及废气处理设备占地面积的发展方向。

Abstract:

Road tunnels constructed by shield method have been widely used in urban road network. The operation ventilation of those road runnels, which controls the air quality in the tunnels, has important influence on the passenger’s health and traffic safety. In the paper, the main principles and attentions for the ventilation design of current shieldbored road tunnels are presented by means of investigation, induction, summary and technical validation based on years of practices, so as to standardize and improve the ventilation techniques of road tunnels. The advantages and disadvantages of different operation ventilation modes are presented, and the application ranges of different ventilation modes are pointed out. The principles and key procedure of the design of normal operation ventilation and fire ventilation are explained on basis of typical practices, and the key technologies for ventilation design of evacuation passages and equipment passages are discussed. It is concluded that the ventilation design should be coordinated with the monitoring system and the firefighting system, so as to ensure the overall function of road tunnels constructed by shield method. Furthermore, trends to solve problems in operation ventilation of shieldbored road tunnels, such as high energy consumption of ventilators and large space occupation of exhaust air treatment equipment, are pointed.
