富水圆砾卵石层袖阀管注浆加固技术研究

Case Study on Consolidation of Waterrich Cobble/gravel Strata in Nanning by means of Soletanche Grouting

摘要:

南宁地铁1号线火车站站地质比较复杂,圆砾和卵石层富水、强透水,地下水位距地表6 m左右。为了确保地连墙施工过程中建筑物的安全,采用袖阀管注浆对地层进行加固。通过注浆试验对单液浆、双液浆及复合型浆液进行效果对比分析。结果证明采用复合型浆液取得了很好的注浆加固效果,可形成较好的胶结体。在地连墙施工过程中,建筑物最大累计沉降量未超过3 mm,确保了建筑物的安全。

Abstract:

The geological conditions of Railway Station station of No. 1 Line of Nanning Metro are complex, the cobble/gravel strata is waterrich and highlypermeable, and the underground water level is about 6 m below the ground surface. The strata is consolidated by means of Soletanche grouting, so as to guarantee the safety of the buildings around the diaphragm wall. In the paper, comparison and contrast is made among the effect of singlecomponent grout, that of twocomponent grout and that of composite grout. Composite grout is adopted for the Soletanche grouting and good grouting effect has been achieved. The maximum accumulated settlement of the buildings is less than 3 mm during the construction of the diaphragm wall, and the safety of the buildings is guaranteed.
