摘要:
针对盾构在大连地铁2号线西安路站至交通大学站区间小半径曲线隧道单井口的复杂始发条件,从进度、成本、可行性等方面对盾构分体始发和整体始发方案进行比选,最终确定采用整体始发方案。通过自制皮带机和管片小车,从始发方向和盾构掘进姿态调整等方面进行控制,解决了整体始发阶段出渣、管片运输和盾构姿态控制的难题,实现了小半径曲线隧道上盾构单井口整体始发。

Abstract:
The running tunnel from Xi’an Road Station to Jiaotong University Station on Line 2 of Dalian Metro is on smallradius curves. The shield for the mentioned running tunnel is to be launched under the condition of one single shaft. In the paper, comparison and contrast is made between separate shield launching program and integral shield launching program in terms of progress, cost and feasibility, and it is finally determined that integral shield launching program is to be adopted. In the launching of the shield, selfmade belt conveyor and selfmade segment feeder are used, and the launching direction and the driving attitude of the shield are well controlled, so as to facilitate the mucking, segment delivery and shield attitude control in the launching. In the end, successful shield launching is achieved for the running tunnel on smallradius curves.
