摘要：

沉管隧道基础铺设、浮运系泊、沉放对接、锁固回填等施工技术及工艺复杂，施工风险管理难度大。目前，有关外海沉管隧道浮运安装施工的风险管理文献资料很少，沉管隧道项目组织施工可借鉴的风险管理经验紧缺。为解决上述难题，首先调研了国内国外沉管隧道安装施工风险案例，结合港珠澳大桥岛隧工程项目,总结了项目施工内容和施工特点；其次，根据项目特点比选风险评估方法，首次提出应用风险矩阵法对外海沉管隧道浮运安装施工的风险因素进行评价、管理分析，并将该法应用于正在施工的港珠澳大桥岛隧工程项目的风险管理中，在该项目风险管理过程中辨识出施工风险点主要集中的工序，有效地预防了重大风险事件的发生，以期为类似工程项目的施工管理提供可借鉴的风险管理方法和经验。

Abstract:

Due to the complexity in the foundation treatment, towing transportation, immersing, locking and backfilling in the construction of immersed tunnels, there is great difficulty in the risk management in the construction of immersed tunnels. In the paper, the risk management in the offshore towing and installation of the tubes of the immersed tunnel of Hong KongZhuhaiMacau Bridge Project is studied. Firstly, some immersed tunnel cases abroad and at home are investigated, and the features of the immersed tunnel of Hong KongZhuhaiMacau Bridge Project is summarized; Secondly, risk matrix method is applied in the management of the risks in the offshore towing and installation of the tubes of the immersed tunnel of Hong KongZhuhaiMacau Bridge Project, and the major construction steps with risks are analyzed. In the end, good risk control effect has been achieved. 
