基于全生命周期信息和BIM的隧道运维决策支持系统

Decision Support System for Tunnel Operation and Maintenance Based on BIM and Tunnel Whole Life Cycle Information

摘要:

针对公路隧道运维管理对象众多、信息分散异构、时空特性复杂等导致管理决策困难的问题,从隧道全生命周期信息出发,建立隧道可视化智能决策系统。系统以标准化、可视化和智能化为设计原则,以隧道BIM运维模型为基础,通过标准化编码和信息映射表实现设计、施工和运维的多源信息集成,由感知层、网络层、数据层、分析层和交互层组成,利用智能分析技术实现结构健康评估和病害追溯、设备异常发现和故障诊断、养护决策优化等功能,通过三维图形化引擎与用户交互,帮助用户快速掌握现场情况,获取自动辅助决策结果,提高运维工作效率和质量。将该决策支持系统应用在上海大连路隧道工程中,可帮助隧道管理者更快速、清晰地了解隧道运营状况,提供运营养护的辅助决策建议,取得了很好的应用效果。

Abstract:

Visual and intelligent decision support system based on building information modeling (BIM) and tunnel whole life cycle information is built so as to solve management and decision difficulties of highway tunnel operation and maintenance, i.e. numerous management objects, decentralized information and complex spacetime characteristics, etc. Standardization, visualization and intelligentization are regarded as design principles for the system based on BIM operation and maintenance model. The multisource information integration of design, construction and operation and maintenance of the system can be realized by code standardization and information mapping table. It is composed of 5 layers of perception layer, network layer, data layer, analysis layer and interaction layer. The disease diagnoses and assessment, abnormal detecting and fault diagnosis of equipment and maintenance decision optimization of the system can be realized by intelligent analysis technology. The users can learn the site situation quickly and improve the efficiency and quality of tunnel operation and maintenance through 3D visualization interface of the system. The system has been successfully used in tunnel on Dalian Road in Shanghai and good effects have been achieved.
