Discussion on Construction Technology and Management of TBM Boring in Extremelybad Geological Conditions

摘要:

随着TBM法隧道施工规模的扩大,不可避免地面临着诸多恶劣地质条件,如极强岩爆、严重破碎围岩、大变形等,TBM施工安全、进度、成本与投资都会受到极大的影响。针对极端恶劣地质条件下TBM施工技术与管理,结合在建和即将开工项目所面临的恶劣地质以及以往的TBM施工实践,对地质勘察与工程总体筹划、施工技术、施工管理进行研究,提出超前地质预报、及时合理的初期支护、超前处理、合理控制工期与投资、完善适应TBM施工特点的相关规范等建议和措施,以期促进TBM工法科学发展和可持续发展。

Abstract:

With the expansion of scale of the tunnels constructed by TBM, more and more bad geological conditions such as extremelystrong rockburst, serious rock broken, large deformation, etc. are encountered inevitably, which would greatly affect the construction safety, schedule, cost and investment of TBM. In this paper, the construction technology and management of TBM boring in extremelybad geological conditions are studied and analyzed based on bad geology that would be encountered and TBM construction experience; the geological exploration, general planning and design of project, construction technology and management are studied; and suggestions and countermeasures, i.e. advanced geological prediction, timely primary supporting, advanced treatment, construction schedule and investment control, relevant standard improvement, etc., are proposed. The results can promote the scientific and continuous development of TBM method.
