格库铁路依吞布拉克1号隧道风积沙段超前预加固方案比选研究

Comparison and Selection of Advance Reinforcement Schemes for Aeolian Sand Section of Eton Brack No.1 Tunnel on Geku Railway

摘要:

高原高寒地区风积沙地层隧道具有失稳快、易坍塌、初期支护变形速率高,且受区域气候影响,施工进度慢、有效施工时间短等特点,为解决风积沙隧道开挖时漏沙、洞顶坍塌及支护完成后的变形控制问题,保证安全快速施工,依托格库铁路依吞布拉克1号隧道风积沙段工程,根据水文、地质及周边环境选择隧道内水平旋喷桩、地表竖直旋喷桩及地表注浆3种超前加固方案,从安全性、经济性、施工工期及技术难度等方面进行比选论证,确定采用地表竖直旋喷桩并有效实施。现场实施和监测结果表明: 在施工条件允许的前提下,地表竖直旋喷桩超前加固能有效防止漏沙及洞顶坍塌,保证隧道工作面的稳定,且能实现超前加固与开挖平行作业,达到安全、经济和快速施工的目的。

Abstract:

The aeolian sand tunnels in plateau and alpine region are always characterized by fast instability, easy collapse, high deformation rate of primary support, and influenced by regional climate, slow construction progress and short effective construction time are common phenomena. In order to solve the problems of sand leakage, collapse of tunnel roof and deformation control after support completion in aeolian sand tunnel excavation and ensure safe and rapid construction, three advance reinforcement schemes, i.e. horizontal jet grouting pile in tunnel, vertical jet grouting pile on surface and surface grouting, are selected according to hydrology, geology and surrounding environment for aeolian sand section of Eton Brack No. 1 Tunnel on Geku Railway. The economy, construction period and technical difficulty are compared and demonstrated, and the vertical rotary jet grouting pile on the surface is determined and implemented effectively. The results of field implementation and monitoring show that the advance reinforcement of vertical jet grouting pile on the ground surface can effectively prevent sand leakage and cave top collapse, ensure the stability of tunnel working face, realize parallel operation of advance reinforcement and excavation, and achieve the goal of safety, economy and rapid construction.
