摘要: 隧道智能建造是新一代信息技术、现代隧道修建技术与智能装备深度融合形成的隧道建造新模式,是我国山岭隧道修建技术的发展方向。为适应行业发展趋势,探索适合我国高速铁路隧道的智能建造新模式,依托郑万高铁湖北段隧道工程,在前期机械化、数字化科研成果基础上,综合利用机器学习方法、数据库技术、机器人自动控制技术、物联网技术等,研究总结形成围岩智能分级、设计参数智能优选、开挖及支护智能施工、智能建造协同管理等4大关键技术成果,初步构建高速铁路隧道智能建造技术体系,并进行现场实践应用,验证了该技术体系的适用性。

Abstract: Intelligent tunnel construction is a new mode formed by an indepth integration of new generation of information technology, modern tunnel construction technology, and intelligent equipment. It is also the development direction of construction technology of mountain tunnel in China. In this study, a new intelligent construction mode suitable for highspeed railway tunnels in China is explored to adapt to the development trend of the industry. The intelligent tunnel construction technology is systematically studied based on the achievements in mechanized and digital tunnel construction of ZhengzhouWanzhou highspeed railway. The machine learning methods, database technology, and robot automatic control technology, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology are comprehensively utilized to establish four key technical components, including intelligent classification of rock masses, intelligent matching and optimization of design parameters, intelligent construction of excavation and support, and intelligent construction collaborative management platform. Finally, the intelligent construction technology system is formed and verified through the field application of highspeed railway tunnels.
