摘要: 川藏铁路雅安至林芝段新建线路全长1 018 km,其中,隧道工程长达841 km,隧线比高达82.6%,最长隧道易贡隧道长42.4 km。川藏铁路雅安至林芝段隧道建设面临极端复杂的地质条件、极为艰巨的工程规模、极其恶劣的自然条件、极度敏感的生态环境等世界级挑战,是中国乃至世界上地质条件最复杂、施工难度最大的工程。初步分析川藏铁路雅安至林芝段隧道建设中将要面临的十大主要工程技术难题,结合川藏铁路隧道极端特殊施工环境,从地勘、选线、施工组织、技术与装备创新、防灾减灾、应急救援及环境保护等方面提出对策和建议,以期为川藏铁路勘察、设计、施工、运维等提供借鉴,通过系列化的创新,实现我国从“隧道大国”向“隧道强国”的跨越。

Abstract: The total length of the new line from the Ya′an to Linzhi section of the SichuanTibet railway is 1 018 km, of which the total length of the tunnel is 841 km, accounting for 82.6%. The longest tunnel is Yigong tunnel with a length of 42.4 km. The SichuanTibet railway tunnel project faces worldclass challenges such as extremely complex geological conditions, extremely huge engineering scale, extremely severe environmental conditions, and extremely sensitive ecological environment. It is the most complex and difficult tunnel project in China and even around the world. In this paper, ten major engineering technical problems that will be faced in the YaanLinzhi section of the SichuanTibet railway are preliminarily analyzed, and based on the extreme construction environment, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward regarding geological prospecting, route selection, construction organization, technology and equipment innovation, disaster prevention and mitigation, emergency rescue and environmental protection, etc. The results can provide reference for the survey, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the SichuanTibet railway, and a series of innovations will help in realizing a strong "tunnel country" of China.
