Innovative Application of Tunnel Operation Management Based on ThreeDimensional Video Fusion

摘要: 针对目前隧道数字化运营管理中存在的视频碎片化、视频与业务数据分离、缺乏二三维联动响应手段等问题,提出一种基于三维视频融合的隧道运营管理创新应用方法。1)对隧道运营过程中视频监控的应用现状与需求进行分析,为三维视频融合技术应用与创新实践提供方向; 2)利用BIM与点云重建技术构建隧道场景三维模型,形成隧道虚实融合的静态模型基础; 3)提出一种隧道监控视频三维注册与虚实融合绘制方法,将多路视频实时融合到三维隧道场景模型中; 4)在融合后的三维场景中汇聚融合多源物联传感数据,形成与真实隧道交通运行场景基本一致的数字孪生场景; 5)基于视频融合场景开展二三维联动的隧道保畅、事故救援、设施管理、应急响应等运营管理应用实践。示范应用结果表明,该方法有助于实现更加实时、高效、智能的隧道管理与服务。

Abstract: Tunnel digital operation and management have many disadvantages such as video fragmentation, separation of video and business data, and lack of twodimensional (2D) and threedimensional (3D) linkage response methods. As a result, an innovative application method is proposed for tunnel smart operation management based on 3D video fusion. (1) The stateoftheart and needs of video applications in tunnel operation and management are analyzed to provide a direction for the application and innovation of 3D video integration technology. (2) A 3D tunnel model is constructed using building information modeling and point cloud reconstruction technology to form a static model foundation of virtual and real integration for the tunnel. (3) A method of 3D registration and virtualreal fusion rendering is proposed to fuse multichannel video and 3D scenes in real time. (4) The multisource Internet of Things sensor data are converged and fused into the fused 3D scene to form a digital twin scene that is the same as the real tunnel traffic operation scene. (5) Video fusion scenarios are used to develop 2D and 3D linkage tunnel operation management application methods such as tunnel smoothness, accident rescue, facility management, and emergency response. The results demonstrate that the recommended methods can aid in the realization of more realtime, efficient, and intelligent tunnel management and services.
