长斜井双洞隧道斜井断面与通风管尺寸经济对比研究

摘要: 为解决长斜井双洞隧道长距离通风与斜井断面尺寸匹配问题,达到最优经济目的,以宜兴联络线兴山东隧道斜井为研究对象,通过对选用不同直径的风管对应的风机能耗费用与不同直径的风管需要的斜井净空断面土建费用进行对比,结果表明: 适当增高斜井断面,优化斜井风管布设空间,增大风管直径,既能满足隧道施工通风效果,也能降低隧道整体建造成本。

Abstract:

To effectively and economically determining the dimension of inclined shaft crosssection and ventilation pipe of a doubletube tunnel, a case study is conducted on a long inclined shaft in the Xingshandong tunnel of the YichangXingxian connection line. Comparison is conducted on the energy consumption of fans with ventilation pipes under various diameters and corresponding civil work cost of inclined shaft crosssection. The results show that increasing the height of inclined shaft crosssection appropriately, optimizing the layout space of the inclined shaft ventilation pipes, and increasing the diameter of the ventilation pipes can improve the tunnel construction ventilation effect and reduce the overall construction cost of the tunnel.
