京沈客专望京隧道洞内平面控制测量方法实践及应用分析

摘要: 为解决京沈客专8 km长望京隧道掘进贯通测控精度低的问题,通过对不同的洞内平面控制测量方法对比分析,并在盾构隧道右线和左线分别采用导线测量+陀螺定向测量、导线测量+陀螺定向测量+投点孔测量等不同测量方法的组合创新与实践应用,解决了望京隧道多台盾构对向接收实际贯通中误差偏大的问题。由此认为: 对于盾构独头掘进长度超过3 km的长大隧道,在盾构掘进过程中采用导线测量+陀螺定向测量的方法进行导向,并且在盾构接收前300500 m采用投点孔测量的方法进行贯通测量,可以显著提高长大盾构隧道的横向贯通精度。

Abstract: To improve the penetration accuracy of 8 kmlong Wangjing tunnel on BeijingShenyang passengerdedicated line, various intunnel plane control survey methods are comparatively analyzed, and combination surveying methods of traverse survey + gyrostatic orientation survey and traverse survey + gyrostatic orientation survey + vertical projection hole survey are applied in the right and left lines of a shield tunnel, respectively, resulting in a small penetration error. It can be concluded that for the long and large deadend shield tunneling with a length of more than 3 km, the method of traverse survey + gyrostatic orientation survey for guiding and vertical projection hole survey 300~500 m before shield receiving can significantly improve the penetration accuracy.
