基于纳米硅负离子涂料的公路隧道侧壁耐污亮化技术研究与应用

Anti-Fouling Lighting Technology for Highway Tunnel Sidewalls Based on Nano Silanion Materials and Its Application

摘要: 为解决因公路隧道侧壁涂层材料耐污性差而导致的亮化效果不佳的问题,提出一种纳米硅负离子疏水性涂料,并从原理分析、试验测试和工程应用3个方面对其耐污效果进行研究与总结。基于耐污亮化原理对其进行试验测试,结果表明当添加的纳米二氧化硅含量为5%,改性剂含量为3%时涂层的耐污效果最好,而当涂层颜色为白色,平整度极高时其亮化效果最好。在沪渝高速垭口隧道开展涂层的工程实例应用表明: 1)涂层在不同时期的反射系数总体保持在0.7以上,经过运营并清洗后反射系数下降约3%,耐污亮化性能较好; 2)基于涂装前后的隧道照明参数、MTPA、侧壁清洗成本的对比分析,验证了该涂层的应用能改善照明安全性及舒适性,并降低80%的侧壁清洗费用。

Abstract: Bad lighting effect can be caused by bad pollution resistance of highway tunnel sidewall coating materials. Therefore, a kind of nanosilanion hydrophobic coating material is proposed, and its pollution resistance effect is examined and summarized from the aspects of principle analysis, test, and engineering application. The test results based on the pollution resistance principle show that the coating has the best pollution resistance effect when the content of nanosilica is 5% and the modifier content is 3%, while the coating smoothness reaches the highest when the coating color is white. The engineering application of this coating material in the Yakou tunnel of the ShanghaiChongqing highway show that: (1) The reflection coefficients of the coating in different periods are generally maintained above 0.7, and the reflection coefficient decreases by approximately 3% after operation and cleaning, but the pollution resistance and lighting performance are still good. (2) Based on the comparative analysis of tunnel lighting parameters, MTPA, and sidewall cleaning cost before and after coating, it is verified that the application of the coating material can improve lighting safety and comfort, reduce operation and maintenance costs by 80%.
