摘要: 针对当前隧道施工信息监测存在的自动化程度低、设备相互独立、数据多元异质、可靠度不高等问题,研究掌子面地质、围岩-结构变形、精细化施工等多元信息的智能采集方法,提出基于双目视觉-网格结构光、视频图像深度分割网络等技术的信息智能分析算法,研发掌子面多元信息的集成化智能感知装备,并在西渝高铁华蓥山等隧道开展现场试验和应用。结果表明: 1)隧道掌子面施工区域全过程多元信息智能感知技术及装备在隧道掌子面施工区域的复杂条件下,能够实时、精准、可靠地采集地质、变形、施工多元信息; 2)系统采集的信息在完整程度、采集效率、准确性和可靠性等方面比传统采集方法有大幅提升,为保障隧道施工安全和提升铁路隧道智能建造水平提供了数据支撑。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in current tunnel construction information monitoring, such as low automation levels, independence of equipment, diversified and heterogeneous data, and low reliability, the intelligent acquisition method of multifaceted information such as tunnel face geology, surrounding rock-structural deformation, and refined construction is studied, the information intelligent analysis algorithm based on binocular vision-grid structured light, video image depth segmentation network, and other technologies is proposed, and the integrated intelligent perception equipment for multifaceted information of tunnel face is developed. Field tests and applications have been carried out in tunnels such as Huayingshan tunnel of Xian-Chongqing high speed railway. The results indicate that: (1) In the challenging conditions of tunnel face construction areas, this technology and equipment can accurately and reliably collect geological, deformation, and construction information in real time. (2) Compared to traditional methods, the system significantly enhances the integrity, efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the collected information. This improvement provides essential data support for ensuring tunnel construction safety and advancing the intelligent construction level of railway tunnels.
