超高水压超大埋深组合工法水下隧道连接段泄水降压研究

Water Release and Pressure Reduction in Connection Section of an Underwater Tunnel With UltraHigh Water Pressure and Ultra-Large Burial Depth Using Combined Construction Methods

摘要:

为解决组合工法施工水下隧道连接段水压力过高引发的仰拱开裂、轨道隆起等结构病害问题,依托深江铁路珠江口隧道开展研究,考虑连接段设置体外泄水洞泄水降压,推导隧道的渗流量及衬砌外水压解析解,并通过退化检验和数值模拟进行验证,对参数的敏感性开展分析,以揭示体外泄水系统工作机制。结果表明: 1)推导的公式计算检验效果良好;随着体外泄水洞半径的增大,隧道的渗流量和衬砌外水压力均减小,对泄水降压有一定作用。 2)设置体外泄水洞后,注浆圈内的渗水可以直接排出,缩短了原本的渗流路径,降低了对注浆圈的要求,以达到安全经济的效果。

Abstract:  High water pressure in underwater tunnel connection sections constructed using combined methods leads to structural diseases, such as arch cracking and track uplift. Therefore, a case study is conducted on the Zhujiangkou tunnel of the ShenzhenJiangmen railway. An external drainage system is applied to the connection section to release the water pressure, and the analytical solution of the seepage volume of the tunnel and the water pressure on the lining is deduced, which is validated via degradation tests and numerical simulations. The sensitivity analysis of parameters is conducted to reveal the working mechanism of the external drainage system. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The deduced analytical solution is highly accurate. The seepage volume and pressure on the lining decrease with increasing radius of the external drainage hole, which is beneficial to water release and pressure reduction. (2) 〖JP3〗The external drainage hole allows the direct discharge of seepage water in the grouting circle, which shortens the original seepage path, thus reducing the requirement of the grouting circle and achieving safe construction and good economic benefit.
