关于BT模式下城市轨道交通工程站后专业施工组织的探讨

Discussion on Execution Plan of Electrical and Mechanical Works of Urban Rail Transit Projects under BT Mode

摘要:

BT模式下地铁土建工程施工完成后,站后设备安装及装修项目施工受专业多、接口多、施工场地受限、工期紧等多种因素影响,合理的施工组织有利于站后风水电常规设备、各系统专业设备承包商进行有序、高效地施工,通过对各方施工顺序及接口的研究,有效解决了站后各专业间施工干扰及成品保护等问题。主要结论如下: 确定施工顺序,按顺序组织有序进场,明确工作面移交条件、时限、接口及界面的划分,能够确保各承包商进场即能高效地开展工作;合理施工提高了功效,防止相互干扰、反复拆装,既保护了成品及设备,又确保了安全质量和工期。

Abstract:

Due to the multiple systems, multiple interfaces, narrow work site and tight construction schedule, the proper execution plan for the installation of the electrical and mechanical equipment is of great importance for the contractors of projects under BT mode. In the paper, the execution sequence of and interfaces among different systems are studied, so as to minimize the interference between different systems and to the protect the completed product. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The execution sequence should be specified, the execution teams should be mobilized to the site according to the execution sequence in order, the working face delivery conditions, the working face delivery time and the interfaces and the working section division should be specified, which can ensure that the contractors can perform efficient working immediately after they are mobilized to the site; 2) Due to the proper execution of the electrical and mechanical works, the working efficiency is improved, the interference is avoided, the repeated dismantling and installation are minimized, the completed products and the equipment are well protected and the safety and the construction schedule are guaranteed.
