超浅埋特大断面直墙隧道下穿城市主干道暗挖施工关键技术

Key Mining Construction Technologies for Super Shallowcovered Extralarge  Crosssection Upright Wall Tunnel Crossing underneath Urban Artery

摘要:

为确保城市主干道、地面高架桥、地下管线的安全使用,广州市康王路下穿流花湖的超浅埋特大断面直墙隧道采用如下技术措施: 一次性施作70 m超前大管棚,采用水平导向跟管钻进法施工,施作精度高; 在隧道开挖边线45°对应路面范围,道路上铺设厚钢板; 对与距离隧道非常近的高架桥桩基,采用地面主动托换法; 采用六部CRD法施工,对掌子面采用TSS注浆加固技术,开挖初期支护后及时施作径向注浆及回填注浆; 在临时支撑未拆除的情况下,施作模筑混凝土第1层衬砌,第1层衬砌达到强度时拆除临时支撑,在第1层衬砌表面铺挂防水层,最后施作综合管廊结构及拱墙钢筋混凝土第2层衬砌; 综合管廊结构采用脚手架+模板系统,拱墙第1层衬砌采用弧形拱架+组合钢模板系统,拱墙第2层衬砌采用模板台车施工。目前只完成了右线的施工任务,地表沉降值(累计最大70.9 mm)在允许范围之内,隧道内净空变化(累计最大拱顶下沉61.1 mm、最大水平收敛值为8.44 mm)也在预控范围内,且地表、洞内最大变形值对应位置均在隧道中部,为左线施工及类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In order to guarantee the safety of urban artery, ground viaduct and underground pipelines, a series of technologies have been adopted during the construction of a super shallowcovered extralarge crosssection upright wall tunnel on Kangwanglu crossing underneath Liuhua Lake. The technologies adopted include: (1) A 70m long large pipe roof is constructed by horizontal guide pipe with high construction accuracy. (2) Thick steel plate is laid on road 45°of tunnel excavating contour. (3) Ground active underpinning is carried out for pile foundation of adjacent viaduct. (4) The CRD method with 6 parts is used, TSS grouting technology is used on tunnel face, and radial grouting and backfill grouting are carried out timely after primary supporting. (5) The first layer lining with moulded concrete is conducted before temporary support dismantling; the temporary support is dismantled when the first layer lining strength meets requirement; the waterproof layer is set on the first layer lining; and the second layer lining of arch wall reinforced concrete and tunnel structure is conducted. (6) The scaffold + template was used for tunnel structure, curved arch frame + combined steel template is used for first layer lining of arch wall, and formwork trolley is used for second layer lining of arch wall. At present, the right line construction has been completed, the maximum ground surface settlement (70.9 mm), the maximum crown top settlement (61.1 mm) and the maximum horizontal convergence (8.44 mm) are within control, and the points with maximum deformation are in tunnel. The results can provide reference for the construction of left line.
