基于SolidWorks Simulation的重叠盾构隧道穿行式全自动液压支护台车设计研究

Design of Automatic Hydraulic Support Trolley for Overlapped Shield Tunnel Based on SolidWorks Simulation

摘要:

为解决传统盾构重叠隧道施工中临时支护方案普遍存在的拆装不便、结构笨重、效率低下等问题,通过与既有支护方案的技术经济指标进行比较、分析,设计一种在无卸载支护条件下具备下部不间断穿行施工车辆功能的全自动新型液压支护台车,并利用有限元分析软件SolidWorks Simulation进行强度校核。新型液压支护台车较多地引入了电气控制和液压控制技术,在一定程度上实现了盾构隧道支护的机械化,降低了作业人员劳动强度。同时,通过对支护台车结构优化设计,有效解决了传统盾构重叠隧道支护方案中施工工序间的作业干扰问题,并减轻了台车质量,降低了施工成本。通过深圳市轨道交通7号线华新站—黄木岗站区间等工程实践表明,新型液压支护台车在保证既有隧道的结构安全、提高支护效率方面效果明显。

Abstract:

The disassembly and assembly of heavy temporary support of overlapped shield tunnel is inconvenient and lowefficient. Hence, a kind of automatic hydraulic support trolley with nonuninterrupted underpass under the condition of unloaded support is designed by analyzing the technical and economic indicators of existing support schemes; and the strength of the automatic hydraulic support trolley with construction vehicle function is checked by finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation. By adopting electric control and hydraulic control technology, the new type of hydraulic support trolley, to some extent, realizes the mechanization of shield tunnel support and reduces the labor intensity. Meanwhile, by optimizing the structure of the support trolley, the problem of interference between construction procedures is effectively solved, and the weight and cost of support trolley are reduced. The engineering applicable results of the support trolley to Huaxin StationHuangmugang Station Section of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line No. 7 show that the new hydraulic support trolley can guarantee structural safety of the existing tunnel and improve support efficiency effectively.
