矩形竖井衬砌结构采用滑模整体施工新技术

摘要:

传统混凝土滑动模板施工工艺主要应用于圆形筒仓结构及圆形竖井结构。针对矩形竖井的衬砌结构施工,为保障混凝土结构施工的实体质量、观感质量、结构的防水要求及施工进度需求,减少因混凝土分层施工造成的施工缝增多,进而造成模板接缝间错台增加及接缝处理不规范产生渗漏水风险,通过以往圆形滑动模板施工经验及方案论证,根据矩形竖井衬砌结构及其截面的几何特性,从滑动模板技术在矩形竖井衬砌中的设计及应用等方面对滑模系统进行研究。研究表明,采用矩形滑动模板工艺施工与常规组合模板施工方法相比具有明显的优势,可以有效节约工期、加快工程施工进度,保证混凝土的实体质量及观感质量,提高竖井施工质量,降低施工安全风险。

Abstract:

The traditional construction technology of concrete sliding formwork is mainly applied to the circular silo structure and circular vertical shaft structure. As for the construction of the lining structure of the rectangular shaft, in order to guarantee the construction quality, sense quality, structural waterproof and construction of the concrete structure, and to reduce the risk of water leakage induced by dislocation of formwork joint, the sliding formwork system is studied from the aspects of design and application of sliding formwork technology in rectangular vertical shaft based on existing experience, scheme argument and the characteristics of rectangular vertical shaft structure and its cross-section. The study results show that the rectangular sliding formwork construction method is obviously superior to the conventional combined formwork construction method, which can effectively reduce the construction schedule, rapid the construction progress, ensure the concrete quality and visual quality, improve the quality of vertical shaft construction, and reduce the risk of construction safety.
