隧道喷膜防水衬砌结构力学性能影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Mechanical Properties of Tunnel Lining Structure with SprayApplied Waterproofing

摘要: 为研究隧道喷膜防水衬砌初期支护、二次衬砌间的协同受力机制及其影响因素,提供合理的衬砌结构设计参数,结合防水膜的单轴拉伸、黏结拉伸及剪切试验,建立荷载-结构隧道计算模型,对喷膜防水衬砌结构力学性能的影响因素及其作用规律进行研究。在数值计算模型中,依据试验测得的数据,采用不同厚度的防水膜、不同的界面参数及二次衬砌厚度,对隧道衬砌结构进行建模计算。结果表明: 1)防水膜厚度的变化不会对衬砌结构的力学性能产生显著影响; 2)不同的界面参数会显著影响衬砌结构的应力和位移,随着界面参数的增大,初期支护应力减小,二次衬砌应力增大,两者的应力差减小,衬砌结构协同受力的能力增加; 3)二次衬砌厚度的减小会降低其安全系数,但均符合规范,因此可以进一步优化隧道二次衬砌的结构设计。

Abstract: It is important to study the synergistic stress mechanism and its influencing factors of primary and secondary lining with sprayapplied waterproofing and provide reasonable parameters for lining structure design. A loadstructure calculation model is established based on uniaxial tensile, bonding tensile and shear tests of sprayapplied waterproofing lining, and the influence factors and action rules of the mechanical properties of sprayapplied waterproofing lining structure are studied. In the numerical model, according to the measured data, tunnel lining structure are simulated with different thickness of waterproof film, different interface parameters and thickness of secondary lining. The results show that: (1)The thickness of waterproof film has little effect on the mechanical properties of lining structure. (2)Different interface parameters have significant effect on the stress and displacement of lining structure, i.e.KG-*3, with the increase of interface parameters, the primary stress decreases while the stress of the secondary lining increases, the stress difference between the two decreases, and the synergistic force capacity of the lining structure increases. (3)Thickness decrease of secondary lining will reduce its safety factors, but is still within the limit value of the specification. 

 Therefore, the structural design of secondary lining can be further optimized.
