TBM、盾构盘形滚刀硬岩掘进的刃口磨损形状分析及优化对策

Analysis of Wear Shape of DiscCutter Edge of TBM/Shield and Optimization Measures

摘要: 为探索TBM、盾构盘形滚刀在破岩中与岩石的相互作用过程,优化掘进机在不同类型及类别岩层中的设备选型及刀盘刀具配置,提高破岩效率,以TBM、盾构在国内不同地区硬岩掘进实际工程案例中正常磨损的滚刀刃口磨损形状为依据,分析其磨损机制,得到以下结论: 1TBM、盾构的硬岩掘进对应于不同的机型、掘进模式、掘进参数、岩石强度、滚刀梯度硬度,其正常磨损的滚刀刃口会出现不同的特定的磨损形状。2)刃口磨损形状是在特定的边界条件下出现的结果,反过来会影响掘进效率。3)根据刃口磨损形状分析结果可知,优化及选择合适的机型、掘进模式、掘进参数、滚刀配置可以提高破岩能力及效率,延长滚刀使用寿命。

Abstract: To explore the interaction between the disc cutter of tunnel boring machines (TBMs)/ shields and rocks, rationally select equipment types for different rocks and select cutterheads and cutter configuration, and improve the rockbreaking efficiency, the wear mechanism of disc cutters is analyzed according to the wear shape of the disc cutter edge of TBMs/shields in hard rocks in various locations in China. From the obtained results, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the wear shape of disccutter edges varies with different boring modes, parameters, rock strengths, and disccutter hardness gradients when different TBMs/shields are used in hard rocks; (2) the wear shape of cutter edge results from specific boundary conditions, which affect the boring efficiency; (3) the rational selection of equipment, boring modes, parameters, and cutter configuration according to the analytical results of disccutter edge wear shape could improve rockbreaking efficiency and increase the service life of disc cutters.
