超大跨度隧道结构防排水设计与施工技术研究

Waterproof and Drainage Design and Construction Technology of SuperLargeSpan Tunnel Structures

摘要: 为解决跨度大于30 m的超大型隧道结构防排水施工中铺设难、焊缝多、易掉落、质量不易控制等技术难点,提出一种“环纵导排系统+复合土工膜+喷涂高弹性涂膜防水层+自密实混凝土+接缝防水”组合的新型防排水体系。从排水角度介绍环纵排水盲管、凹凸排水板及泄水管等导排系统的设计组成、布置方式及可维护性设计; 从防水角度介绍复合土工膜隔离防渗双重特性、喷膜防水层性能指标及喷涂设计、自密实混凝土结构及接缝防水设计、施工工艺及关键技术等内容。实践研究表明,该新型防排水体系能够适用于超大跨度隧道结构,施工安全可靠,施工工效高,综合性价比好,防水效果优良。

Abstract: Technical difficulties, such as difficult laying, multiple weld joints, easy falling, and difficult quality control, are always present in the waterproof and drainage construction of superlarge tunnel structures with spans greater than 30 m. Therefore, a new waterproof and drainage system, composed of a ring and longitudinal drainage system, composite geomembrane, highelastic film waterproof layer, selfcompacting concrete, and joint waterproofing, is proposed. Furthermore, the design composition, layout, and maintainability design of the ring and longitudinal drainage blind pipe, concaveconvex drainage plate, and drain pipe are introduced from the perspective of drainage. From the perspective of waterproof, the dual characteristics of isolation and antiseepage of composite geomembrane, performance index and spraying design of sprayed membrane waterproof layer, waterproof design of the selfcompacting concrete structure and joint, and construction key technologies are introduced. The practice results indicate that the proposed waterproof and drainage system can be applied to the superlargespan tunnel structures, resulting in safe and reliable construction, high work efficiency, and good waterproof effect.
